Does anyone know what Frank Worthingtons shirt number was for the Town please as I cant seem to find out. My dad should know from following that period but can't remember ( be arsed ) and no one else I have asked knows. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

According to '99 years and counting' he wore number 9. That's what I remember. Number 9. If you watch the amazing goal he scored for Bolton - he was wearing number 10. Also, I'm dredging the depths of my memory here, but I think he might've worn number 10 for England.

Defo number 9 for Town. This was before the days of squad numbers. The team for the game was numbered 1 to 11
