I agree that it is quite funny. A scottish homeless guy was denouncing bremner last night in town. Therefore it was probably him. ;D

saw the pictures on a lads phone yesterday,all ballied up ,no chance of being ideed,tough shit leeds have been giving it out for yrs..the hyc knew nothing about it by the way,just a couple of young lads on a mad one....well done ;D

They've caught the person who did this apparently.
Police are not naming him for legal reasons but the Examiner has said its a bloke called John Stone.
Their forensic team are waiting until 07.30 tomorrow to get some colour cards from B&Q so they can get a precise match.

No, we're not that sad that we spend all our time wallowing in mock grief about people that passed away ages ago. I'm not going to say owt bad about the guy, but to walk past a statue of a footballer for 10 years and always feel that you have to feign some kind of perpetual sadness for him, is frankly, downright pathetic. get over it, you make all those professional princess diana mourners look emotionally robust.

I'm just hoping someone turns up with a plasma cutter to do a proper job next time. i found it hilarious that 'la filth' were guarding it as we were walking in. like someone was going to walk up to it in broad daylight with a paint brush!

Just wonder what Leeds' finest hoodlums are planning, right now, in a way of retaliation.
Putting white paint on Harold Wilson would just make me laugh.
We don't have any chip vans, do we? They have form with those...
I've had to endure a bloody awful "Leeds" scribble on the inside of Unna Way in Huddersfied's town centre for years now... it's about time Kirklees painted over *that* vulgarity.

I think it's pathetic some TOWN fans getting on their high horse just because a Leeds statue got vandalised. When did Bremner become a saint ? I must have missed that because all I can remember is that he was the cheating captain of a team of cheats managed by a cheat. Cloughie knew that too and told them all but they didn't like to hear it, did they ?
Remember how he used to be a niggly little pain, fouling all match. Kevin Keegan remembers from the CHARITY Shield match !
And then they put up a statue of him, when they had a couple of players (John Charles for one) who had a bit more class and were more deserving.
