Nice teams generally don't win anything (see Arsenal, who've added a steely backbone this year = especially with their away form). We need more physicality at times especially for away games.
It may help in the long run, but it's not the first time we've been smacked away from home is it?

Worthy and Collins for me as the two central midfielders, neither backs out of a tackle. Holdsworth back to right back, if only for his crossing ability

Well, taken on the whole, while appreciating Wallwork has made a positive contribution, with Worthington coming back into the frame, I personally would entertain letting Wallwork return at end of his loan spell, and look instead to getting in a quality centre back.

wallwork has no sense of urgency... and yes we could do with a bit of muscle in the middle....

yeh a big solid centre half with experiance to play alongside clarke or mirfin, thing is ritchie doesnt like these type of players he seems to prefer the softly softly approach imo

Were simply not good enough at the killer ball. Think thats the key.

Maybe Wallwork would have more of a chance if muppets like schofield stuck to their positions and gave the midfield some options. It's ok cheering at Worthington diving into tackles all over the place but you've got to pass to someone once you've got the ball.

Absolutely agree with fred carno - schofield is useless!!! He is always out of position, cant tackle a plate of fish and chips, has no pace but still gets picked!! As i posted on the old site months ago, leed aint pretty to watch but are strong and resilient from front to back - something our goals against record tells you we aint!

One problem today was the lack of help that Schofield was recieving from the central midfielders, he was constantly out on the left with no support. Schofield is just a convenient scapegoat!

Its because Schofield goes missing 90% of the game! Schofield isnt the scape goat he is just shit apart from once every 50 games! his last realy good game he had was blackpool in the LDV vans semi final when he scored! I cant see how u can blame no support! first half when personnally i thought we battered them! where was schofield no where!

Every time Danny got the ball the rest of the team ran away from him, with the exception of a few instances in the first half when Williams overlapped. Schofield has underperformed recently but he is not and never has been a miracle worker!
