As i mentioned yesterday, im not a season ticket holder but am after 4 tickets. If I could make use of one of my mates who is an ST holder, would they be limited to getting just the one extra ticket or could they get all four?
Failing that Im gonna have to get tickets for two extra games apparantely even though il be back on the isle of man by then!! I can understand that the club are trying to keep away the leeds fans from the home ends etc but it really doesn't suit fans from far away like myself, especially when I'm already on the tickets database and have been to plenty of games, home and away over the last couple of seasons.

think you will only be able to get one ticket with season ticket.
the problem is there are plenty of l**ds supporters on the database aswell and they don't want a repeat of last season with l**ds supporters in the home areas.

I'd ring up the ticket office and explain the situation to them, let them check which tickets you've previously purchased, and then ask when to call to purchase tickets. I'm sure they will do their best to make sure you get them, and I don't think it should be too much of a problem.

Apparently the Leeds ticket office are in a bit of a flap because you haven't sent us the tickets yet, I think the word tinpot may have been used ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) , so anyway the upshot is that they have 7,000 applications and still don't know how many tickets they are receiving, 3,000, 3,500, 4,000 or whatever, and thus cannot yet allocate them. I don't know if I've got one yet, get your finger out town. ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png)

I second that.
On the other hand let us be generous and make it 1500.

Give them 4000 at £27 each, giving us £108,000! Should keep Robbie Williams in pies for a while.

Anybody know how much tickets will be for L***s fans? i hope they will be as much as we had to pay at Bellend Road. Nah they'll be same as everyone else, which is same as what we would pay in home ends. Shouldn't be, if it costs £27 to sit in a skip it should costs about £500 to sit in a nice stadium! ;D

Really, what happened at Bellend Road then, you had 30,000 there and were still outsung, outplayed, and outscored by the Mighty Terriers. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

Give them the full allocation, why should we throw away money by giving them less? The stand has a safety certificate to old what, just under 4,000? So if it's supposedly safe, why limit the numbers in there? If our beloved safety team and WYP can't do their jobs, that's their problem - we are afterall paying for them to be in the stadium. A full allocation means there a less Leeds fans wanting to get in the home end, which is when the trouble actually happens.
And back on the actual topic, billys advice sounds good.

Give them every single seat going in the South Stand, charge them the going rate, lay out the red carpet for them and give them a warm welcome. Then give them a good hiding and send them home with feck all points again.

thrice - by ''charge them the going rate'' i presume you mean rip them off to the tune of £28 like they did with us, only thing is they will be sat in a much better stand/ground/facilities

The tickets are £20. Millwall fans are getting charged £27 too, so were Hartlepool, Leicester etc. Do you honestly think the facilities are better at the galpharm than at Elland road? For a start our toilets and food outlets are indoors. The one thing Leeds United cannot be criticized for is the excellent facilities inside the ground, in Lorimers bar in the kop we have a carpeted lounge with leather sofas and big screens where we can watch the game with a pint, some preferring to stay in there all game and get pissed rather than take their seats! The away end may not be so plush mind you. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Elland road, on three sides at least, may be dated and requires some modernisation but it is a proper football ground with a proper atmosphere and feel, give me that over your soulless, sanitised, flatpack mini reebok anyday. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)
