Didn't we stick a clause in the loan agreement?
You can have Parker, But you must take Jevons too???

Tis a shame coz i think the lad had potential. Doubt we'll see him in a Town shirt again tho.

ffs we carnt score and he lets a striker out on loan,by the looks of it parker is out of favour and thats probably his town career over, i hope clark doesnt live to regret it as i rate parker.

Dont get why it's only a month but still, glad he's gone and hope he doesnt come back. A thoroughly annoying player who managed to get through the stan era fine due to a strangely high level of support from some town fans despite doing bugger all.

Not sad to see him go at all really.
He'll probably bang them in for Hartlepool now, but for us, he's been well below par.
20 games and 2 goals is terrible form.

Sadly for him he never will; not at this level anyway. Yeah its just a shame he didnt really get decent run in the team with a proper partner altho i guess he didnt really take the ones he was given. I remember his goal in preseason against Sheff U, thought he would be ace

"we're looking to change things around ourselves too..." Who we signing??? Definately sounds like someone may be coming in. I'd say thats that for Parker in a Town shirt, he'll probably stay there for the rest of the season then be off in the summer.

Clark: "Hartlepool have given him that opportunity and we are looking to change things around ourselves too, so the move suits both parties."
Wonder if he means, change things around with the current squad, change things around by bringing someone new in this season sending Parker further down the pecking order, or change things around in summer meaning Parker wouldn't get a game at all next season so he'd better find a club willing to sign him?

If the lad bangs in 6 goals in a month then maybe it could benefit us for the last month of the season. Cant see it happening tho

Lets face it, Parker has been shit for us. I make no apology for that language because thats the best I can describe him.
He has a shocking first touch, for someone thats meant to have pace he doesn't ever try go past a man, falls over if someone comes within a yard of him, I could go on but I'm too busy dancing round the office at this news.

Saying all this makes you think that the potential of a striker on his way must mean something has happened behind the sceens. could we be getting jansen? could jonathan be given clearence? could they be using a hypnotist for jevons to score goals??? who knows... definately interesting comments

Somebody MUST be coming in, surely? Let's face it, the one thing we need is PROVEN goalscorer, and letting Parker go out would suggest to me that someone is on the way in.............

Parker, as a striker, had a job to do - score goals. He was given the supply but was unable to score. I don't feel sorry for him, he's a professional footballer - he should feel sorry for himself though. His career is practically finished now. He had the chance to shine at Town and lift us into the top 6 - he has failed.

Don't have an issue with this at all as Parkers been half of the reason why we aren't currently in the top 3 or 4, but only provided we bring in a striker ourselves to replace him. I'd rather Jevons had gone though out of the 2.

thank god he's gone. A pathetic signing from mr stan ternent. bet he was on a superb wage an all. billed by stan as a FAST STRIKER! he ain't a striker, he's fat and IMO he ain't fast!
