really, i thought the whole point of being a glory seeking bandwagon boy was so that you could win most of the time. I'm sure if they had been rubbish this season you could have ditched them for Arsenal or summat.
Nowt to be ashamed of, no need to let any kind of civic pride get in the way of a bit of glory hunting. In any case it makes sense to support Leeds cos you are sure to get half an hour minimum per day on Look North while the rest of us scrat around for 5 minutes between us.
Jolly well done anyway, it must fill you with enormous pride and surely justifies ditching your hometown club at a young age for the lure of trophies. (or more accurately a string of heartbreaking final defeats and runner up slots). Yep you've made us all feel very silly for continuing to support our own team.

STAVROS who loves you baby? ( FROM KOJAK NEW YORK COP) mirfield is my home now, but in 1961 my mum gave birth to a wonderful son ( me ) in bradford, we lived on leeds/bradford border until 1970 till we moved to otley ( leeds postcode!) then i became aware of the mighty whites! eversince i have been in love with yorkshires No1, i have been lucky to see us win at wembley,win the lge, win loads of times in europe so i'm enjoying being a glory hunter!

yes - it was telly savalas brother in real life i believe. And Telly savals was/is the godfather of Jennifer Aniston out of friends. Not a lot of people know that. Not many are bothered either i guess.

He keeps saying that he dosnt HAVE to go cos hes been to Milan and Barcelona etc etc....in other words, he is a glory hunter....he hardly ever posts on l**ds boards....I think he just wants to be our friend........l**ds deserve 'fans' like him!

because its to expensive when you have eight kids & you are on the rock&roll!, no you are right i dont go enough these days as i have said before ( waits for backlash) when you have seen england & europes best, 3rd div football is a bit of a let down, but i will go to few more at er when i get the chance.

Well that would be Middlesbrough at the moment surely? I know a heap of Boro fans who I get to see at Scarborough during the cricket season who are Yorkshire and proud. They only seem to have one minor problem - they hate the "Cartoon Army" more than Leeds. |

Hold on. when we were on rivals, you couldn't get Saturday's off because you had to look after the kids and because you were working. You ran your own transport business.
