Sean, You're obviously doing your job well... and you are making the effort to communicate with the fans.... can you tell us who, on the Board, is working on the entertainment on the pitch during the game ?... crowds are falling due to this(as you must be well aware as it also impacts on your work)..... people who sit near to me at the ground and people on here (fans)are seriously concerned about the club and its direction at the moment....

How about having some kind of penalty shoot out with home and away fans. I'm sure we used to do something similar Keep up the good work.

Any half time entertainment that is football based always goes down well.
That Wingrove guy was good and kids football/penalty shootouts are excellent.
Cheers,
Andy.

Any chance we could get any feedback RE: The Clubs customer Charter? Or is it now back to being a one-way street? As a group we do appreciate your attempts to improve supporter involvement. Maybe a meeting to discuss matters?

Hi
I know it was discussed at the board meeting. I understand a reply is being put together.
There are a couple of questions in there that are relevant to myself and am happy to meet to specifically discuss those if needs be?

And what about the increasingly heavy handed and inflexible methods of FORCING everyone to remain seated.
On the rare occasions we witness "high drama" and attempt to get behind the team we are then pounced on by Police and Stewards who are completely incapable of exercising a little common sense. During moments such as these a little discretion and judgment can and should be exercised and not the rigid, inflexible manner it is being enforced with currently. Which has, i might add become increasingly stringent in its application over the recent weeks.
Having travelled the length and breadth of the UK to watch my team, i can say without reservation i have never seen the application of the seating ruling so rigidly enforced.
Slowly but surely this Chairman, Club, Team, Manager and now we have Stewards and Police thrown in for good measure are killing any residual crumbs of enjoyment that remained.
For the record, I did not stand as i had my 8 yr old Daughter with me.

would just like to compliment you sean on the communication front not frightened to talk to the most important part of the club which are the fans.
problem for you is trying to build an atmosphere is all well and good but you need to see good attacking-creative football to get the fans going also, your doing your hard work but what about the players and staff i feel some people are spoiling all your hard work.
keep up the hard work though sean and fingers crossed the footballing side gets better fast!!

The dance/club music at half time wasnt much better. and the singer.... well bags of talent no doubt, but a rubbish backing cd ruined it for me. ... and where do you start on paul clark?

Sean, I don't envy you your job - how the Hell are you going to sell Season Tickets this coming year, other than to us die-hards ? You obviously can't say so publicly but surely people at the club accept that this season has been a disaster - appalling quality of football, lack of goals etc etc. PLEASE lets have a positive, but truthful, message coming out of the club other than the general "don't worry, we'll strengthen over the summer" one because nobody believes that any more. Your biggest PR problems are twofold - an owner who gives the impression of NOT caring for Huddersfield Town and a manager who, in interviews and body language is SO uninspiring and who produces truly awful football. You can have all the half-time entertainment in the world but if your basic product remains very very poor people will desert, or almost as bad, lose heart and interest, in their thousands - as they are doing. Good luck - you'll need it. GIVE US REASON TO HOPE - NOT MORE SPIN. PLEASE.
