I have just seen this on sky sports
Andy Ritchie has voiced his wish to keep Phil Jevons at Huddersfield Town on a permanent basis.
Jevons joined the League One club on loan from Bristol City last month and has scored three goals in five appearances.
After scoring one, and creating the other, in Saturday's 2-1 win over Bristol Rovers, Jevons underlined his striking qualities to Ritchie.
And the Terriers manager confirmed he will be aiming to extend the forward's loan before trying to arrange a permanent deal.
Ritchie said: "Jevons is just the kind of striker we want. I have made it clear that I want to sign him permanently.
"The first step to achieving that is getting him on loan for another month. I'll be speaking with the Bristol City manager Gary Johnson to see if we can work something out.
"He holds the ball up well and brings other players into the action. He is also a bubbly character in the dressing room who has fitted in well here."
HOW MUCH WILL JEVONSS COSTT

Wallwork might be willing to do a deal until the end of the season! West Brom seem to be doing quite well at the moment without him..Typo

Shouldn't be too expensive, out of contract in summer, according to various internet sites

Jevo's contract is up in the summer so a nominal fee at most. If not in City's plans then they will want him off their wage bill. I can see us hanging onto Ronny on loan especially if its true Andy H is Championship bound which I am sure is posted somewhere on DATM Beckett and Brandon out would surely release wages for a decent centre half as well.
