Maybe its so quiet cos all the home fans are too tired after their journey from London,Dublin,Glasgow,Drighlington etc Maybe the away fans are louder cos they ant travelled as far  A couple of years ago I was getting a train down to London one Sunday. That day it was the merseyside derby and the train was rammed full of Liverpool fans on their way home - not one Scouse accent amogst them. Liverpool have as many fans living outside their home city as Utd have. The amount of times I read on Myspace or Facebook - 'I'm a fan of (insert name of glory seekers team) and one day I hope to go to see them play" when they live in a town with a footy team of their own  So annoys me. |
