Just seen this on the BBC surprised no one has mentioned it. Apparently we made a £1.05 million loss last season, hardly surprising the way the crowds went. What is interesting though is they constantly went on about having to increase the players budget last season. They made it sound like it had risen by a lot of money, when you look at the figures it rose by £80,000 (5%). Hardly the massive amount they suggested! news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/h/huddersfield_town/7155750.stm

Thats what you get (debt) if you get your funds from a chaiman as loans not cash they can be classed as DEBT unlike the egg chasers. but dont forget it is advantages for a chaiman to run one company in his empire at a loss to offset tax liability on the sectors that are running at a profit. or was this a KD leak to stop the expectations of us fans of potential January signing or am been too cynical.

The significant calculation for me is Wages as a percentage of Income. Th answer is 41%, far below the voluntary cap of 60% suggested by the Fotball League. As n7t has already said, what's the breakdown of the £3.39M which represents the difference between Income + Loss - Wages.
