Very sad and shocked. I always looked up to Dave on the Chilly bus as one of the leaders. Liked to talk to him about the good old days if we bumped into each other at the cricket. A top man who will be sadly missed. I will have a drink to him tonight. My condolences go to you and your family. R.I.P. Westy.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss and the passing of Dave an old mate of mine. I moved from Westgate Cleckheaton over 20 years ago and went from Heaton Avenue School to West End Middle and eventually Whitcliffe Mount with Daves brother Antony...Westy. When the Millbridge first started it's regular away day travels which is over 25 years ago now we were all on board and had some fantastic times together with plenty away day tales!! RIP Dave and my condolences to you and your family Is that Dave Scoffa? I was good mates with both Westies when I lived on Heaton Avenue and they lived up Bramhope Rd. A sad sad loss. I am stunned. Yes it is Martin...how are you doing? If you know the whereabouts of Westy(Antony) or any of the family can you get in touch with me as i would like to pay my respects. Thanks

Once again, Many Thanks for all your messages of Condolence.
