Surprised that they have let him go out on loan. He played quite a bit in the premier for them last season.
Great signing for the Blades though. They must be gambling on going up this year. They have no money, lots of debt and must have a huge wage bill.

Very surprised they've let him go he looked very lively and useful whenever I saw him last season, think he scored about 20 seconds after coming on as sub in his first appearance in the prem as well.
Only appeared 6 times this season but a very good signing if it comes off for Sheffield Utd.

Looked half decent in the Premiership last year but you have to wonder why he isn't in Blackpools 1st team and is dropping to league 1

The Blackpool squad aint exactly packed with top-class wingers so just as a couple have said above, I'd question why he isn't playing 1st team football for them.
I'd never heard of him either and certainly couldn't care less that he's joined/is joining a rival club. Sheff U's young squad will capitulate as the season grows older - adding yet another kid to their ranks aint really what they should be doing IMO.

Disagree, on the face of it this is an excellent signing for the Blades. Pacy, tricky winger who's always looked good whenever I've seen him play be it at Blackpool or Wycombe. Better than Ward IMO if that helps provide a benchmark for you. |

Never heard of him either. He hasn't dislodged old GTF from the Blackpool line up though and you'd have to ask why Holloway wouldn't want him in Champ if he was decent for them in the Prem.
It was strikers Sheff U needed from what I saw, not that I care. I hope they get relegated again.
