I think we dont create enough from the midfield. If we look at what prolific goalscorers we have (jevons, beckett), we should be scoring more. We struggle to create the chances from midfield, collins last year solved this problem. This year hes been pants, and so have we. like against leyton orient, we were good but the penultimate ball was horrid. Count how many games weve played well but had very few clear cut chances.

How long are we going to persist with Clarke and Mirfin - Clarke is the one that gets the stick but Mirfin is as poor - he's as slow as a cart-horse when he's turned and can never concentrate for a full 90 minutes. Danny Schofield's game summed up his career at Town perfectly - literally one or two touches but for the remaining 90% of the game/season - absolutely invisible.

We should have gone in at half time in front, never mind 1-0 down. And we should have been against 10 men. ref bottled it big time. Thought we were comfortably the better side up to that point. The first goal was a keeper error. Harsh on a young kid but there you go. He had both hands to it but let in go over them both. If Glennon had done that hed be getting pelters on here. Thought the kid did well not to go to pieces after that and was unlucky with the 3rd and 4th. let down by his defence. Crap as we were 2nd half i still didn't think they were that much better than us after the break and 4-0 flatters them in the extreme.

Now then fellas, not here to gloat, in fact you were the better team in the first half, you adapted better to the conditions and were first to everything. We have some good players at this level and that showed in the second half but I thought your team gave a good account of themselves today. Thought your fans were pretty subdued considering all the hype surrounding this game but to be fair the Leeds fans were pretty quiet as well. So, the big game is over, obviously i'm delighted with the scoreline but I give you a great deal of credit for looking an accomplished side and best of luck to you.

Cheers. we seemed to tire badly after the 2nd went in. Heads went down a bit which is dissapointing on our part. Thought wed dominated up to then, but youd had 2 chances and were suddenly 2-0 up. After that it was just a case of trying to keep the score down. Might have been a different story all together if the ref hadn't bottled sending Kishishev off. Was reaching for his pocket, realised hed already booked him and changed his mind. And it was far more a yellow than his first one. Not surprised Wise took him off at HT.

Does beg the question as to whether our fitness levels are up to it? Ok, I know we had a trek down to Southend on Wednesday and that was bound to take its toll, but under Terry Yorath we had one of the fittest sides around.

Thanks for an honest point of view on the game hull, I felt that the difference between the two teams today was the final ball. The amount of times we got into positions to cross the ball or pull it back etc was countless, however the final ball either went behind the two strikers or over them! If only kamara had a decent end product on him!!! i thought the town players looked tired toward the end of the game too which is understandable considering the effort they put in in the first half and playing on wed night, overall I think Leeds deserved to win, but 4-0 flatters you

Yes, I was worried in the first half as Leeds looked very out of sorts and you were dominating the game and looking far the more comfortable in possession, and winning most 50/50 balls, but you didn't hurt us in the final third and I never really felt as if you were going to score. Kish was fortunate to stay on the pitch and I can understand you feeling hard done to by the scoreline. If you continue to play like you did in the first half for the rest of the season, I don't see why you can't make the play offs.

Isn't it ironic that the very referee who sent Worthington off at Accrington for having a shot at goal, shat his pants and failed to send the leeds player off today!

Kind comments indeed Hull. Are you sure you support Leeds? For what it's worth Leeds aren't spectacular, but they don't need to be. Strength down the spine of the team and mobility. Beckford is a numpty, but I'd love him if he played for us. Why was he on loan at Scunny for so long when you were struggling last year? Didn't make much sense to me. It'll be a different game at ours in March. And that isn't bravado. Can't bring myself to wish you luck.

Lets look at the stats: Town battered L***s 1st half. ;D They had 1 shot that went in (Clarke should have cleared 1st time). We had 5/6 half chances. 2nd half they battered us after the second went in (looked to be Smithies fault). We were lacking in the strength department all over the pitch in the 2nd. Ref bottled it on two occasions (Kishishev should have been almost a straight red let alone a second yellow - Beckford should have gone for insighting the crowd more than once) - the ref has to be investigated by the FA for such a crap performance. Clarke & Schofield are not up to it - I've given both enough chances(Scoffer has been here a long time - Nat makes too many mistakes and is not strong enough). We need a left winger and a centre half. I would play Caddy up front, he looks far more dangerous than on the wing. So today just to summarise - got piss wet through - lost 0-4 to L***s - got stared at throughout the game by neanderthals (even a copper told me "we just arrested some drunken L***s fan outside whos 7 year old son said "Dad you havent got arrested again!!!"") - sums L***s fans up!!! Oh and got piss wet through again walking back to the car!!!! Went to the pub

If "Cadders" plays up front, who the hell's going to score for Town cos he as sure as hell won't. What disappoints me is that he doesn't look like a winger when he's gone out there.

Oh well I've calmed down now.
First half I thought we did well. The workrate was good. Yes Clarke and Mirf balls up for the first goal, but until we get rid if them two we'll always give at least one goal away to the opposition every game. And I can't wait to get rid.
But football is a game of 90 minutes. And therein lies the problem. Second half I just thought when the second goal went in, we gave in, and to be honest I was sickened at the lack of effort. Absolutely shocking and to be honest I'm totally embarrassed to be a town fan tonight. 4 chuffin nil, to be honest half the team need to look at themselves and work out if they want to be pro footballers or not.
For my money Ritchie must get us top 12 by xmas to keep his job because our current league position is just soooooo far off being acceptable. I'd expect another Davy style voc this week after conceding 8 goals in our last two games. PATHETIC
Bright spot of the day - Williams, in attacking mode looked pretty good.

Ritchie is walking a thin line at the moment, expect Uncle Ken to have his scissors ready after Christmas if things don't change for the better very VERY soon.

Just got back - had a couple so judgement may not be great. After buying a ticket late on friday night - apoligies to Santaisatownfan who couldn't make it, thanks for the ticket - but I'm sure he's glad he didn't go after getting pist on, pist on the field, pist off by the nob head police and pist on afterwards avoiding nob head yids.
I know we played ok in the first but it shows the gap between them and the rest of the division. I know they have lost a few but the second half they could have racked up a fewmore goals then they got. Defence has let some shocking goals in this season - and today was no exception.
Anyway, it was fun in the cheesewedge. If you looked any way but forwards to my left you had identical shaven headed in-bred meathead 'fans' encouraging a fight. And to my right - well sort of in front really, was 14 yr old burberry chavs also encouraging a fight. Pleasant place really which I will gladly give the middle finger every time I pass on the motorway to the in-laws house.
Love town for ever and ever - and Peter Risdale & Iffy Onoura

No in fact I know sacking AR won't change things enough. It's better players we need first.
Not sure if Wallwork is the answer in midfield. He should be holding the team together better. 2 CB's are needed for certain.
But I'm sick of this, if we want promotion this season we're going to have to win our next 2 for starters and then do BIG things in the transfer market come Jan. Time for Davy to back his words with actions.

Ritchie's going nowhere... The blokes taking us forward!
Can't beleive some of you. Ask yourself who's gonna come in and replace him.
