I see people have Tom Cowan terrier or Ronnie Jepson terrier on the posts. I want to add it to mine. Any help?

Can you give me some idea of how many times you have to post to 'get promoted' as it were? I think I'm a 'Junior Terrier' at the moment with about 90 posts.
Also, what are the the different levels called??
