Can anyone help me?
When my laptop automatically goes into sleep mode, if it stays in sleep (or hibernate) for anything more than a few minutes, it goes a bit wrong - when I reactivate it i get the "Windows did not shut down properly - start windows normally?" etc etc screen and everything i was working on (usually football manager admittedly) is gone. It's driving me mental.
(Edit: When I put the computer into Hibernate mode myself, it seems to work fine. But when it sleeps or hibernates itself after 15 minutes, problem still exists)
A free chip butty is on offer for anyone who can offer a solution. For the record, my laptop's a HP dv3-2230ea and I'm running Windows 7 (Home Premium, 64 bit)
Ta very much!

A possible soultion would be to change your power settings to edit out the sleep function. I'm guessing your laptop will sleep when it's on battery, but if you're like me and use it on the mains 99% of the time it shouldn't be a hinderance
