Anybody with any technical know how to help please
Got access to DATM from both home and work Never been a problem, but lately my laptop at home has been working extremely slowly (not just DATM , but all internat sites etc)
got so fed up that I copied all my pictures/music to external hard drive and reinstalled windows etc from the disc I got when i bought the laptop 2 years ago
Gone through all the processes/updates etc - but only problem I have now is accessing DATM from home (I can logon to all my banking/ credit card/itunes etc) As I type in my logon, and password, the details just clear and message says - "you must login" etc
I have no problem with my login from work pc (hence this message today)
Only possible thing I can think is that I haven't yet installed my norton antivirus, plus I have installed IE8 (but my work pc is IE8)
Anybody any ideas
Cheers T

Try this: - Go to Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet options - under General Delete browsing history (tick all boxes) and exit Then: - Go to Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet options - Privacy - make sure under settings the slider isn't set to block all cookies - set to medium perhaps... - then click on sites and type in under address of website www.datm.info and click on allow - then click on www.downatthemac.proboards.com and click on allow - click ok. Try it and see if it works... If not, go to the security tab in IE Tools and click on the trusted sites tick and click on sites - add www.datm.info and www.downatthemac.proboards.com to your trusted sites. Cha'mone.

I'm afraid that didn't work HRK
as I type my logon and press enter etc, it just wipes the field clean, and says - "you must login"
I can't believe i've wiped something major from windows - although my wife tried to use her googlemail account to access itunes (worked ok pres re-installation) and it didn't recognise her !

Does sound like a security issue with the cache... You don't have some random settings in security of IE do you? Or even on a proxy network? Or is it your firewall/anti-virus being over protective..

Got it working now Must have been something to do with my antivirus (possibly)
Have installed Kaspersky - and followed your instructions again and hey presto (beats having to talk to the wife )
