As it seems that we're adverstising for new members (a good idea, you can never have too many opinions on a forum) have admins considered not making it compulsory to register?
I know there are cons to this, for example the content of some posts may be lower, but on the plus side we might get more away fans posting on the forum, it is a bit annoying to have to register?
Just a thought.

Are you suggesting allowing lurkers Dell, or allowing people to post as Guests?
In fairness the current sign up system is such that you don't need to validate by email, you don't actually even need to put a proper email in, you just need to select a username.
