I'm not a fan of sub boards because I don't think they get used that much,however I think there could be a case for setting up regional boards for fans in each region (NW, NE etc) to arrange lifts/ car sharing etc.
Thoughts?

We tried a board for car sharing /lifts dell and no one used it mate...If anything i'd prefer fewer boards... |
