Please can anyone help? My better half`s iPod nano version 1.1.3 is not behaving  It will not allow me to delete old tracks and enter new one  The iPod diagostics failed and its got a red button instead of a green one next to it Looking on the PC I can find iTunes but not iPod I`d be really grateful if anyone knows what I can do to rectify it but if you can please make your instructions easy  thanks in anticipation of help Sandy |

Looking on the PC I can find iTunes but not iPod I'm not sure what you mean. You don't see the iPod, the iPod is visible in iTunes. Open iTunes and see if it sees the iPod. Have you tried to reset the iPod (hold down the Menu and Select buttons together for a few seconds)? |

Thanks for your help.I followed the instructions from the site and guess what success at last ;D ;D ;D Keith is thrilled to have his iPod back in action ;D ;D ;D The only problem is he doesn`t know how to anything wth it! other than listen to what he has requested to be put in there.I do the donkey work  Thanks once again Sandy |
