Anyone else today having problems.
Can get on the internet (hence this message) but cant get email at all.
Use Mailwasher Pro which tells me connection was intentionally closed by the serrver before the session was completed.
Never had this message before.
Also, via the Virgin web site could not accesss my email. When checked it for service status nothing reported.

Think I may have the answer, phoned 151 free support line and message says that some customers mail have an issue with webmail & email with ntlworld ending address and is being worked on.
Wonder why then was not on the web site earlier.
