I'm trying to load Citrix in order to work from home, my system runs the windows vista home edition, which I' don't think citrix supports. Does anyone know if this is the case, and if so is there any way to overcome this problem? Any help gratefully appreciated!

Waterloo, I really appreciate your help with this, I'll try and get the info you've requested. Unfortunately, the workings of software/hardware are areas that I have no technical experience.
Also, my question re the compatibility for citrix and the version of windows may be a red-herring in that I am experiencing problems logging onto DATM using my laptop (I'm using my works pc at the moment). I can get onto the site ok, but when I input my username and password (which I am certain I'm inputting correctly), I'm denided access! Coversely I can access ebay and email without problems?
Once again, thanks for your time with this.

I've been onto the Citrix website, downloaded the most up to date client (and any others that I thought might help) but still not able to get through the username and password log on screen. Their website suggests that my version of windows should be compatible?

waterloo - eventually I have managed to sort this problem. I'm told that there was no issues with the software, client, windows etc. the problem seemed to stem from the 'secureid' token which generates the pass number?
a big thank you for your time and help, really appreciated!
