My laptop won't burn cds or play cd's yet it does dvds. It won't play genuine or copy cds. Any advice on what to do myself not being hugely computer minded but can get by on instruction or do I need to take it to somewhere like PC World and get charged a fortune?
It's a Acer Aspire on Vista about 2 years old.
