How do I transfer photos from my LG Renoir mobile phone to my PC/laptop?
I've installed the LG PC Suite on my laptop and managed to connect the phone to it, but there is seemingly nowhere where it says 'press here to import your photos/images' or whatever. Been on a couple of mobile phone websites and they mentioned it was difficult but offered no solution.
I know this isn't strictly a computer question but thought someone might be able to shed some light. Anyone got the same phone and had the same problem?

Hi Reece, If its anything like my new smartphone then you'll either be able to connect through microsoft activesync or alternatively if it has a memory card in the phone it may be possible to simply access that through my computer where it should be showing as an extra drive( F: or G: maybe?). Then you should be able to drag and drop as normal. Let me know how you get on mate..
If not I'll have a proper look around for you....

On your HOME screen, press F4 inserting USB cable. Next, go to Settings->Connectivity->USB connection. For me, i use the option Ask Always. THis means that whenever you plug in yr usb port via pc, lg phone will prompt u what kind of sync you would like to have. Mass storage sync, pc suite, or music sync....

I'm getting old! 1) Sell the phone 2) Get a sony ericsson  Having never had an LG im not sure, but if it's anything like sonys you just plug the data cable in, select transfer mode on the phone and then the phone will show up as a hard drive on your computer. |

use bluetooth if your phone and laptop/pc have it...uploads pictures/files in less than 30 secs depending on size no wires required |

Just got it sorted.
I'm useless with computers... been trying all day. Suddenly the photos just magically appeared. I'd like to tell you how, but I've no idea... seriously. Doesn't bode well for when I want to do it again, mind. Someone else had suggested blue tooth but my laptop doesn't seem to have it.
Think I'm gonna stick to the acting. Though, some might say..... ;D

mines a bit dodgy... i've installed the cd and got my bluetooth dongle in and searched it found it and started uploading the photo's then i decided i wanted a kip and totally forgot about the photo's uploading took my phone upstairs and the bluetooth cancelled.... now all the photo's that had already been transferred are on my pc but now it refuses to reckonise my phone... it won't connect or anything and i really really can't be arsed uploading god knows how many pictures inidividually
anyone got any advice?
