Anyone know a GOOD, SAFE program that will check for trojans etc. on my machine? Possibly an on-line checker that i don't need to install? I'm running AVG free version, but at the mo my machine is running a tad slowly and internet connections can take ages. Perhaps my modem is on its way out ...  |

Do a disc clean up first, to see what happens! If it doesn't work! Try Panda. |

Try deframenting the hard drive and deleting all tempory internet files. I got well over 3gb in free space in doing that.
