How do I transfer saved tv progs from the Sky box to my computer, I can't keep asking other people to send me dvds.

No, he means you have standard Sky and not Sky HD?
It'd be like going back to black n white from colour to him...

Have u a dvd recorder ?
Thats the easiest option . Then u can record everything from sky + to disc in one touch of a button .
