I bought a Belkin wireless G+ MIMO router to work with my laptop at home using a broadband connection from Virgin Media, but I've had not luck installing the associated software on the said laptop
The instructions in the box bare no resemblance to what I see on screen and even the trouble shooting guide on the Belkin website can't point me in the right direction
I've never used a wireless router before, so wondered if anyone had any ideas or suggestions

I also have a Belkin router and a Virgin internet connection. It might sound a bit of a weird question, but you did buy the right type of router didn't you? Virgin Media uses a cable/DSL connection, as opposed to ADSL. I've seen too many people make the mistake of buying an ADSL router for a cable connection.

I did check that with the guy in PC World when I bought it and it was definitely the correct type. Terrier_Army found a different Installation Guide on the Belkin website the day after I posted my query and I'm all sorted now ;D, but thanks anyway for your help. I replied to him in a PM, but should have updated the thread too to say it was sorted
