Can you help me do a linky thing

Someone has just sent me the funniest football video ever through outlook express. I am a complete useless computer operator so no complicated answers please but how do I make it a linky thing so I can put it on this board and let everyone else have a good laugh.

hi ronette you cant upload videos on here directly so would need to do it via youtube.
