Can anyone out there tell me how easy and costly it is to put additional memory in a laptop. I have IBM ThinkPad R50e.
Cheers

Relatively cheap (These Days) and very easy. Go to www.crucial.comDo a scan on your laptop, this will tell you exactly the kind of memory you require. You can even order it from them. Ive used them a few times, always found them competitive and reliable. Memory removal and installation - ThinkPad R50/e/p, R51/e, R52 www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-53166.html

Thanks for your help on this bbb. As you say it seems quite a reasonable price and easy to do. Shame I'm a bit of a numpty but I'll have a bash at it.
