I'm off now until January 2nd. See you all then. As we're playing Coventry, Sheff U, Colchester and Burnley between now and then I think it's only cloudcuckoofarm I want to see have a bad one

In tomorrow, then not back in until the 3rd, then off again until the 8th. I'm using the 3rd as a gap between Christmas and house move.
I'm only getting to see us play MK Dons so you'll all want us to win.

In tomorrow for a full day (although we finish at 3 on a Friday anyway), but as 3 people are leaving tomorrow we'll also be having an extended lunch, so it's not like a real day. I've also got all of this years works finished so I'll be doing fuck all tomorrow anyway, as I did today from 12pm onwards (which incidentally was when my boss left the office).

But uni work isn't real work is it? You can't really moan about working 7 days of the 365 available

I finished Tuesday lunchtime... well I 'officially' finished then. Since then, I've not stopped working. This promotion lark is not all it's cracked up to be. The e-mails are coming in faster than I can throw then in my archive folder. What ever happened to the days when people just 'spoke' to each other? I plan to go back Jan 2nd. Edit: After years of working on the wards and having to work Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, I'm wwell entitled. Trouble is, I can't avoid Boxing Day at the in-laws now with the excuse that 'they made me' work

Just wondered cos you said *This promotion lark is not all it's cracked up to be*
Know what you mean about deserving time off at Christmas. I had 25 years of working on wards etc at Christmas and New Year, so now I feel no guilt that I have a ten day shut down

I finish sometime this afternoon (when I've reviewed this bloody FOI case) until the 7th January. Of course, I've picked today to start coming down with a heavy head cold. I'll probably be able to taste very little by Tuesday.
