A friend of mine has a problem and perhaps someone can help. Sometimes when he gets up and goes for a walk he feels like he is pissing himself but he isn't. This has only happened yesterday and today.
Stop sniggering over there. He needs help.

Perhaps he finds something particularly amusing?

Herpes?
His missus is 8 months pregnant and he's got Couvade syndrome?
Could be Urinary Tract Infection. Could be a hernia. Tell him to see his GP

It's not herpes and his mrs had better not be pregnant.
He's been to see his GP loads recently and is starting to feel like a bit of a hypercondriac so he may wait till after Chrimbo. He also says thanks Gymmers.

Don't know where your friend lives but is there a Walk in Centre near?
Sounds mostly like a urinary tract infection which is easily sorted - drink lots of water (cranberry juice is also repudedly good for this) and trimethiprim (which WIC's can give)
