I've just been reading profiles of all of the candidates, more than half of them would be locked up in this country
is there a book open on this, I reckon a tenner on John McCain might be an idea

I read quite a large article about the elections in the Times the other day and emerged absolutely none the wiser. The only thing I can say for sure is that the process is long and crazy.

very crazy, it takes a lot of commitment to register your preference in them, so loon pressure groups like the pro lifers, gun nuts and fundamentalists end up with a disproportionate influence. that's the sum total of my knowledge.

it's really quite straightforward sithers
some states have a game of british bulldog, some have a primary
then there's an election, and the one who gets fewer votes wins.
the other gets fat, and gets the nobel peace prize for making misleading cinema
the end

I think it's great. It might look a bit mental but at least the Yanks actually know where their polling stations are.
Been thinking the same about McCain myself samby, especially if the Democrats decide on Bill er I mean Hilary as their candidate.

I've got an A level in US politics (well 50% of it was US politics anyway) but I've clearly forgotten everything I knew at the time.
