QPR v Dale?
Awag at its best. Is there any other person on here who little Rochdale hasn't played since I discovered Twoview? Reading fans cannot apply and I never liked them anyway.

We've got a trip to see Bernie's boyos in action. I'm in Hereford that week so may risk a trip over the border to see if their new ground has tamed the inmates.

Family club of the year 2007 or something. I have yet to visit our new ground, mainly because it all seems too tame now.

Possibly Hoopy, depends if I am working down that way at the time of the game.
I wont be taking a day off for it though just to visit the loft, no matter how nice it is these days.

Working in Bishop Storford so I'm going to try to get there, driving to Epping then jumping on the tube.
Probably won't have time for meet ups sadly, I'll be pushing it for kick off and will want to head straight back as I have to be up at 6:00 the day after.

If I follow normal cup form I'll make it as far as the Springbok before talking myself out of it.

Dearest Hoopy.
As per text, our "giant" killing of your reserves and youth team plus one or two others is being as predicted held in the highest esteem.
I quote
"Last time we knocked out a top division team from a cup competiton was indeed over 40 years ago, coventry in the FA Cup third round (we all still remeber the words to the first Noel!)
Prior to that it was Blackburn Rovers in the semi final of the league cup 50 years ago. But as far as I know this is the first time we have won away to a top division team in 104 years. We have had draws at Norwich and Crytal Palace (and possibly others) " In other news Grimbsy beat Cambridge tonight, another Awag classic.

Warnock's done a bit of internal kidology here by saying on BBC that if he isn't that bothered about this competition he can't really start rareing up on players who aren't either. Reading between the lines I'd say he means "I might not be bothered about the Cup but if you want to play for me you had fucking better." I'd put my house on 2-3 more contracts being paid up before the end of the week.
Good on yous Dayul - I hope you get a nice big away draw in the next round - I'd hazard a guess last night's share of tha gate barely covered the petrol money.
