I know that Daley is looking forward to his this season and Sith enjoyed the Saints last year, but it's been 17 and a half years since we last had ours and I've suddenly overcome my apathy to the start of the season with the thought of locking horns with the evil red ones.
Well that and a 3-0 away win on the opening day.

I conversely enjoyed each and every delectable second of our tussles with the Saints, with a 2-0 and a 2-0 there they were the second and third highlights of the season.
Making Sheffield Wednesday look like a complete and utter schoolboy team for 45 minutes at home (I can't recall a more one sided 45 minutes even though it was only 2-0 at HT) was my first.
Doing the double over Notts came in about 8th.

We're going to get our arses handed to us on a plate by fourth division Swindon Town tomorrow night. Local derbies are shit.

I forgive Jon Porkin anything after his home goal against the white shite after we'd not played them for donkeys. Hope you can enjoy it Bris.

We've held bragging rights for 17 years so I kind of don't want to do this. After Saturday though I'm hopeful.
Oi sith, my first ever derby was in 1991 and we lost 4-0 at home after being 0-0 at half time. The scars are still healing.

According to AA routefinder, our local derbies are against Rochdale and Oldham rather than the Sheffield massive.
Saturday's trip to Spotland will pass peacefully unless Daley tries to make us look at his baby photos.

Since 1961 we've lost 2 of our local Derby at home. We've won more at Deepdale than they have. Shame it's not likely to happen any time soon.... I seem to have got over it

Your derby will be with Fleetwood before it's with Preston again at the rate they're throwing money around.

I hate penalties. Euro 96 was the last time I saw a team that I support win a penalty shoot out.
