1) when Brentford play Notts County they will benefit from a penalty or red-card decision that genuinely beggars belief.
2) their fans will go away saying "we were robbed"
Last four games:
25/04/11 - penalty given after shot driven against Brentford player's head. Brentford player requires treatement, is substituted, and goes to hospital for CAT scan. Ref upholds Lino's call that it hit his hand not his head (damn those Doctors, what do they know). Keeper saves penalty. Match finishes 1-1, Notts fans heard to remark afterwards "we were robbed".
01/03/11 - realtively uneventful - 1-1, as is traditonal. Notts have two sent off but both for being stupid enough to commit a bog-standard yellow-card offence when already booked. Blame Paul Ince for that, but otherwise surprisngly incident free.
17/01/09 - Brentford striker sent off after 8 minutes for wafting his fingers near Notts player (same player hospitalised later in the season with double fracture of the cheekbone for challenge (in the area) for which ref played on). Notts take lead, Brentford dig in and nick injury time equaliser. Notts moan about being robbed.
13/10/08 - 1-1 at Meadow Lane, Notts have the better of the game, but Bees take the lead, Notts equalise when ball is blasted by winger against covering player's arm from point blank range and penalty is given. Notts moan about being robbed.
It looks like they're staying up so I can I suggest that for our games next year, instead of a kick-off, can we start with a penalty to Notts, so that we're not on edge for the rest of the game wondering when it'll be given at random.

Oh, and a (dis)honourable mention for the chant of "Hughesy, Hughesy, Fuck Em Up".
Yes, I think he may have done that already.
Self-awareness not big in Notts I see.

Notts C hated for on the pitch reasons, that's a first this season.
Going back a month ago, our chanting of "Hughes going down again" was great fun as we were 2-0 up, but I always knew they were too good to go down with their squad of Championship players
They're obviously your bogey team as you are ours, aside from that one night where Ralph saw me swear loads I reckon we've beat them 6 out of 8 recently, before the Munto thing they were abjectly shit year on year and the only interest was that they had Jason pineapple head Lee up front who used his elbows more than his feet.
Meadow Lane allows away fans to go outside for a fag at half time. They're not all bad.

Not hate, at least not from this direction, just bemusement that it keeps happening. And being more magnanimous well done bris, it may not be mathematic but that's got to be enough points already.

If you read our boards you wouldn't believe it. They have convinced themselves that Plymouth, Rovers and Walsall will now all have promotion form for the last few games that will see us go down. I think we should be OK. OK, we've got MK and Brighton, but they are both safely where they want to be, so we should take a point here or there anyway.
I haven't see us play Brentford for years so couldn't comment. Will look at the highlights when the beeb release them.

Before my time but there are still a lot of Bees fans who moan about a huge amount of time added on in a game against them in 92-93 allowing them to equalise and ultimately depriving us of 2 points which would have kept us in the Championship.

They were wrongly given a throw in against us in 1931

Onto constants of the universe once more.
Scunthorpe fans will try to kick off (inside the ground) with Dale fans next season for god knows what reason.
No history, no single incident, no nothing but the last 3 times we've played them at home, irrelevant of any football or historical reason, a collective of their fans try to scale the smallish barrier and get into the home bit.
First time I thought it was freaky, third time I thought it was absurd.
