He isn't by any chance previewing the weekend's big game is he?
If so, he's finally made it. All thanks to Tony Pulis, whoda thunk?

He's long dropped that stance in the face of overwhelming evidence. It still amuses us humiliated Pulis Hating Wankstains to hark back to the old days of hating the c*** to get a rise out of thickos like merkin.

I read it yesterday. He does a passable impression of Stuart Hall in the opening paragraph.

"HAHAAHAHA! Here come the Belgians! Ooh! And the Dutch have played their joker!"
That sort of thing? I wonder if they'll pay arriviste c*** enough to buy some reasonable fucking furniture for his self-styled-parvenu arse.

No, the radio Stuart Hall.
Harken to me. As the triumphant legions of Scipio marched through the battered defences of Ancient Carthage in hallowed antiquity, so too did Jonathan Walters proceed past the vanquished blues of Rrrrrroberto Mancini and scale the stairs to claim this field in the name of the striped hordes caloo calay.
That one.

That sound more like Wynford Vaughan-Thomas after too many strawberry margaritas and young boys.
Talking of which (and the Roman military), I was reading a book about the interwar navy recently, wherein I discovered that the younger, receptive half in a man-boy relationship on one of Her Maj's ships was known colloquially as a "winger". I can't believe it's taken this long for me to remember and post this fact here.

He never struck me as the TV Quick type. OTOH brispie is clearly the sort to have the Saturday Guardian Stokes Croft edition (same as available elsewhere but shoplifted from local Tesco with the pages relating to PayTV channels burnt out in the riots).

I didn't even realise that it still existed. Surely people can find what's on the telly (and radio) these days without resorting to printed material.
Thinking about it the same things has happened to wanking.

Beggars can't be choosers; I was rather surprised the thing was still going myself. I had to invoice them in triplicate*: dear old Auntie Beeb.
I was on Sky yesterday too being an authority: 'So here to join us is Stephen Forrester who's written two novels on Stoke...'
* True.
