Tommy Spurr is a very good prospect. He came throught he academy as a centre half and was very good. He got his first tweam break due to injuries at left back and has been there ver since. If you sign him and play him in his natural position he will do well. If you do what we do and playhim at left back he will get found out every week and lead to many goals being scored against you. To be fair to the lad he is getting better at left back but is no where near Championship standard. He tends to drift inside (not surprising as that's where he played up until last season).
Folly is another matter altogether. We had him onloan before we signed him and I tought he was shit Iv'e never been so disappointed with a signining and I've seen some crap pull on Wednesday shirts. However as soon as we signed him he became a very good midfielder. Again lots of potential. For some reason Laws doesn't liek him thouh, and he's had a lot of problems this season from injuries to 'family reason' so he's not really been able to get a run in the team. However as he's leaign Wednesday I have no doubt that he will now go on to be named in the Championship team of the season afte being an ever present for Plymouth for the next 4 months.
