i aint no gamer but please help.
my son has an x box and plays online with his mates,,cos we put his age<11> in when we set his profile up he cant play some games<fifa 13 being one>on line or look at youtube,i was gonna get him netflix or love film but cant load the app as its got to be over 18 and god knows i have tried but cant figure out how to change the age or reset his profile...he doesnt want to make another as he has loads of games stored and doesnt want to start again,,,,can i reset it?if so how?

Go on to live.xbox.com/en-GB/Account and then sign in and you then should be able to change the account settings to allow you to have access to more stuff. |
