For a successful businessman, there seems to have been a distinct lack of planning - letting Rhodes go without having a replacement lined up and then sacking Grayson at a strange time (meaning near the end of the transfer window, not after the bad run) with no replacement lined up. Hopefully Adkins is being courted, but if not and we're choosing from some of the dross mentioned it's a disaster ...

Just looking at this man depresses me. The thought of watching his defensive long ball shite at the Galpharm isn't worth thinking about.

That's fantastic, I just can't believe how dh had made millions more than you, you're ace!

That's fantastic, I just can't believe how dh had made millions more than you, you're ace! Not singling you out but this is a 'defence' often heard. DH has made his millions selling low margin cheap tat, employing people on minimum wage, and making money through scaling that business. It's a world away from football, and is exactly why as fans it continues to be our duty to challenge him and the club in their decision making and drive for progress. We had a previous chairman who made his money through obscure intangible finance offerings, he was given free reign and look where that ended up. And a previous chairman who made millions at the start of the Set Top Box boom...that didn't translate into sustained success for a football club either.

Let us hope his plan does not involve Mark Lillis. How he can say the players gave 100% is completely baffeling. If I had know they were going to show little or no effort I would not have bothered going.
