He seems like a good manager and a nice guy, but I've always thought that charlton were a bit boring and defensive whilst he was in charge.

I like Powell. Solid defender at top level. He was uber consistent and a good character.
Charlton were always tough to beat and fairly consistent. We have excellent atacking players at the club, more so than he had at his disposal at charlton. We will create and score goals. With the HUD & Gez or Lynch & coady/Hogg infront we should finally be able to stop conceding them.

Set to be named in the morning, allegedly. Hope people who didn't want him, give him a f@@king chance. Good appointment in my opinion and probably as good as a club like us could have done. Happy to have him.

If appointed we certainly have to get behind him to give him a chance. He's not got a bad first eleven at his disposal now, though I'm sure he'd have the chance to bring in a few of his own on loan and ship a few out too.

Take him to the local for a Black Sheep, hell even a pint from the rat brewery go up to Castle Hill and look at the scenery. Don't see how folk could see that and miss the smoke. Most cities especially London are dire especially the suburbs |
