I really think Town have to do something drastic with the defenders, we have been parted like the sea during the last 3 games. I know it is unlikely (as we are in between managers), but with the window still open does anyone think there is a chance of getting someone through the door t help us get something a bit more solid?

10 goals conceded in 3 games isn't great! We are missing our best defender though so that should improve it a lot when hes back.

Clubs would want to see the color of our money. We'd have to pay top dollar. The club will analyze the market then touch base with other clubs in regards to bringing in some center backs. we are very labored and unorganized at the back. |

Bang on. Lynch and Peltier cannot compete in this league. They simply just aren't good enough. Gerrard, our best player at the back, we've missed him. Smith and Wallace, I'll give them time but fecking hell, We have a world of problems at the back. We HAVE to sign a quality centre back. We've spent too much time fucking about with midfielders this pre season than dealing with the core problems within our team!b

Been watching halifax as well as town they have a centre half who is quality and I'm sure could step up into championship called mark roberts.
Would hardly cost anything he was probably more important to fax last season than Gregory!
