Nothing else to add really, absolute disgrace today. Never ever looked like scoring. Big probs for super CP ?

Not often I sign up to agreeing to you Nick but that was a disgusting team selection and tactics.

I didn't go today but I'd be interested to know why it was a disgusting team selection? Apart from changes in the defence we've played the same personnel and formation before and has success with it. From the comments on various threads it was obviously a crap performance but it must have been down to tactics rather than the players selected.

Powell admited after the priority was to be solid, but we were so defensively minded against another side setup to defend, there was no one given the licence to drive on from the midfield and support holt. Was typical Robins style pass to death with no end result.

Peltier shouldn't be playing end of. Playing one target man at home to a side drawn 5 from last ten away, wonder if Powell researched that ? And Smithys cost us trying to punch a shot like that.

One up front, leading scorer on the bench. Wish Powell had told me we were not interested in trying to win the game - if he had I would have stayed in the pub.

Bereft of ideas from the off. Playing one man upfront with the turning circle of an Eddie stobbart truck? We were so slow we'd lose to stop!
Shocking and unacceptable.
Relegation scrap awaits.

More emphasis should have been made on the tactics element of what I said but not playing a partner for Holt or more emphasis on support to Holt tells me Powell wanted a 0-0 out of that game and nothing more Bear in mind the one up front is a player who will no longer be with us in 2 weeks Pointless....literally

Any manager with half a brain knows that the team need to score goals to win matches, and vital to try and keep a clean sheet at the back. We all know what this town team are capable of ,and Powells negative approach is failing to get the best out of the squad . The negative approach is whats causing inconsistency in the team, and the writing is on the wall when all our so called top strikers are left on the bench. Surely todays dreadful performance might answer the question to why the attendances are falling , as who in their right mind would want to pay hard earned money to watch that shite. The relegation zone will loom very quickly on this form, and i cannot see a quick fix when the transfer window opens.

Just looking at Rothrum, unbeaten in last 5 , draw a fair few at home, only team to gun them at home was Boro in November 3-0 We don't look like we can beat anyone.

Terrible team selection today same as against sheff wed. One up front didn't work and didn't change it. When will we stop fucking about with tactics and systems and just put a team out to try and win regardless of who we're playing

It can only get worse in January when Hanson's up front by himself!

So a sorry thrashing last week. One of worst home performances and negative tactics today.
Means we are in for great perfomance at Rotherham then, a positive ?

Bloody awful, two crap teams slogging it out showing no quality whatsoever. Powell needs to get a grip, adopt some positivity and get us back to how we were playing.
