whats the best way to get rid?
heres the problem,i have just got my old dear a laptop ,her first ever and when I set it up got rid of all the shit that comes with it,then downloaded windows defender,set google as her home page and shes ready to go....well on windows fucking seven it would be as ive had no issues with mine,the mrs or my two kids doing this!!!!!...but on windows 8 she does a search on google and before the main results come up,there are pop ups,adverts,and even the results are below a load of adverts,sometimes a fucking advert pops up before a search is done,often not allowing to be removed,cant have anything on as its brand new,though her granddaughter put a game on I quickly took off...I have got the pop up blocker on and set to full but still get them....help its doing my nut in ,her on the phone every two minutes.
