After your laughable result against one of the poorest sides to visit Elland Road this season, do you really think you can pull it off at our fortress? Your keeper was sent off, 3 game ban (yipee) your captain sent off, 3 game ban (yipee) and your coming to ours on the back of a spanking by a poor outfit. So Townies, do you think you can pull it off? We strolled to a 3-0 win against the worst side in this league last night, giving us 24 hours more rest, you have had a lot of travelling to do and probably won't get back to West Yorkshire till the early hours of the morning, so crap preparation, could it get any worse for you ;D I'm gonna predict another 4-1 thumping for you, and the bragging rights will be ours, however win lose or draw, i'll be back (if admin will allow me) to discuss the biggest game in league 1 so far. Good luck (your gonna need it)  |

You should never, ever speak too soon. Tonight was not the thrashing it looks on paper, Saturday is a different kettle of fish - BRING IT ON!

Agree, and a derby to boot, so maybe some of your players had one eye on Saturdays game tonight (unforgivable if true)
But only 2 teams have taken anything from us at home this season. I just can't see you guys making it 3.

Is beckford gonna be fit? Yeah, he was brought off as a precaution last night, Port Vale were a spent force, they are the worst team i have seen at Elland Road for a long long time. Beckford played really well last night, he hit the bar twice and scored once, he'll be on fire Saturday, he thrives on the big crowds, we're expecting 32,000 for you lot, i hope you don't freeze.......not |

Your keeper was sent off, 3 game ban (yipee) actually if the appeal is not won, Taking out the last man (professional foul) only means a 1 match ban dependant on other sendings off of that player. Also if a appeal is place the glennon will be eligable if the FA are unable to hold a hearing prior to the next match. Which I doubt (its taken this long to approach Jose)  Oh well still think we will win. Come on town ;D |

...this was something I brought up last night. The fact that we played on a Wednesday night has helped us here - lodge an appeal today, I cannot see it being heard Friday = Glennon available for Saturday (good chance it will be rescinded in any case).

I do love it how Leeds fans are seeing this weekends game as a formality, even the cocky sods in my office (which is just over the Motorway). To quote Kevin Keegan "I'd love it if we beat them!" Come on Town, don't let me down or my life won't be worth living on Monday, or Tuesday for that matter when we have our Christmas do at.... Elland Road  |
