I would say ACAB but thankfully we have some decent police officers here that actually want to help, only a few though.

This is utterly disgraceful, still I reckon a few of these fellas would have cleared the centre circle at Blackpool in under 5 minutes!

I have just had a look at the video and yes it's shocking behaviour. However most police officers don't behave like that and uphold the law using the ethics expected by members of the public. Like anything you always get bad as well as good. People seen to find the term pigs and filth acceptable but its not, people should have more respect for the police.

I'm guessing you haven't been to many away games then. My experience is that the Police rarely take an ethical approach in footballing situations.

I have visited 58 away grounds over 15 years and maybe seen 2 or 3 incidents that could have been handled better. I have personally never had any issues, is that luck or good behaviour? I was always brought up to be respectful it goes a long way.

I wasn't using the word filth as a name for the bobbys , I was describing someone who would subject a bairn to that thuggish behaviour , scaring the lad stupid .

Also, I have upmost respect for our police officers but I do find the term "pigs" rather funny in a puerile sense. In this instance though, and based on the video, those coppers are animals, filthy stinking pigs.

You have to earn respect in this life Clyde.. My respect for the police ended when they were used as agents of the state in the eighties... There are some good people in the police, and some grade A crooks.. We should question everything and never give respect unconditionally

I am yes.
I often go on a tangent!
The video is shocking without a doubt and the officers should be out of a job and dealt with by the courts for that.
