I hope they get promoted. just so we can see them relegated. We already have a better defence than you so you're not too far ahead of us before we even sign anyone. You do know that you will be playing against some half decent forwards if you go up?

Season tickets priced at £149 again next season even if we get promoted. Bargain even at league one level. I believe we valued promotion in 2012 at around £8 million. It will be a few million more now. I can see you you doing it. "To see the Bantams play the likes of Newcastle United, Leeds United, Aston Villa and Huddersfield Town", from their press release ;D Sent from my SM-G900F using proboards

Can only be a couple of months til Bradford release their new kit. Normally one of the football highlights of the year for me.

Normally one of the football highlights of the year for me. the City 'club' colours have always been a difficult combination to make them look like anything but old curtains in a squat from the early 70s.. but it should not stop them from trying again.. maybe they will achieve the look of a Jimi Hendrix tassled top and sude pants this time??

You're in L1 you deluded turnip, you have no idea what it takes to survive at this level and trying to compare your squad with ours now is an embarrassing display of hubris. We've finished near the bottom every season we've been up, and yet we've sold players consistently like Rhodes (£8m+), Clayton (£2m+), Coady (£2m), Butterfield (£5m+), and others. Another close season and no doubt lots of interest in Nahki Wells who would also be worth millions. The fee those players command and where the majority have gone on to play just shows the calibre of player you need to have to even compete at the bottom end. I admire your confidence, but unfortunately it just makes you look clueless.

Preston came up playing with a similar defence that they had in L1 and have done fine.
Your defence has been poor for years and I wouldn't take any of them ahead of our current back four (Darby, McArdle, Burke, Meredith).
You might actually have a decent season if you just signed a couple of good defenders. Just because you have struggled, doesn't mean we will.
I have also watched the Championship before, just like you guys.

It isn't as though they've had a lack of exposure is it?

Cant say i've seen much of your defence, but id be surprised if either of your CBs are better than lynch....if this Hefele we've signed is decent we'll have a good CB partnership

Your best player was signed from us, well done! We signed your best player* Steve Morison (Millwall) - "“Huddersfield were a tough a team and they were tough games but it doesn’t get tougher than Bradford,” Morison said. “It’s a difficult place to go.”

I think it'll be a steep, and quite funny, learning curve for chickens like you next season Bilo if you go up.

Bilo is on drugs if he thinks they'll only need a couple of first team replacements to survive in the championship.. Think Walsall will get promoted anyway.

Got a couple of Bradford supporting mates who disagree with you comments Bilo, one of them just laughed when I mentioned that you'd only need a couple of players, he reckons atleased 6 quality replacements to have any chance of survival.

only 2 places below us to drop into.. gotta change now.. talk it up as much as you like, talk wont get us a single point.. I remain hopeful, few facts to base anything more on just as yet.. actions speak louder than words. Christ?? might help, might not.. So how do we drop into these other two places when the season is over? Next season nobody knows where they are going to finish, teams struggle that think they should walk the league, teams have better seasons than anyone expect and so on. Let's see what squad we have put together for next season before writing us off!

After the mighty bantams destroy Millwall and then their final opponents I full expect them to reach the semi finals in both the FA and League Cups as well as clinch the title with 5 games to spare, scoring over a hundred goals, reaching a hundred points and winning plaudits the length and breadth of the country for the attractive nature of their football and all this without the need to add a single signing to the squad they have now. Or they could struggle, providing they actually reach the Championship.

This is only to be expected from one of the handful of clubs that aren't selling clubs. Barcelona, Real Madrid, PSG, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Chelsea and Bradford City.

I don't think Preston are a good yard stick to be honest, they have spent 12 years out of the last 16 in the championship, where you have not seen this level for 12 years. We have seen a big change in the last 4 seasons in the Championship and next season it will no doubt be even tougher. We need at least 6-7 players to push on so I recon your team would need a drastic revamp if you got promotion!
