Nice head butt in the Pompey game, completely missed by the ref. Sent both managers off by the looks though. Top stuff. Getting a bit tasty.

Scored by the guy who should be off? Not sure if it was him that butted the Pompey lad.

What do we think tonight then? Will Brighton find something special to over turn that 0-2 deficit? I think the MASSIVE should just do it but that two goal advantage might lull them into a little complacency.

Only takes one goal, knees start to go. But, much as I'd like Brighton to do it for Chris Hughton, the massive just are the sort of side to win this type of battle.

Is this Ref going to give any of their players 3 yellow cards though?

Good luck Brighton Hope you do the biggest club in the world. Yet when commenting on the first leg you were applauding Wed, big club etc... I think you have an attention seeking disorder Nick...

That was the most inevitable goal you're likely to see. Incredible that it took 19 minutes for them to score.

Can't believe how much has gone their way over these two legs Incredible isn't it. Brighton hit the post in the first leg and ended up with 10 men for a significant period due to injuries. Tonight Brighton hit the inside of the post (literally millimetres from going in) and a cross then goes in because the centre back is pushed to the ground

How many players do you think we "should sign" before the end of this yrs play off games?
My guess is there'll be about 5 defenders, 8 midfielders and 12 strikers we "should be" signing if "we're serious" about next season...
AKA as the 'one game on telly' scouting method...

Play offs are all about luck. Generally the luckiest team gets promoted. There's no secret formula to winning them.

That would've been criminal if the Wendies had scored again. Two attacks and so very nearly 2 goals.

Great advert for Championship football. The playoffs are without doubt the most exciting thing in the game. Enjoyed every match so far and I've watched them all bar the Derby V Hull encounter.

middle of the goal, nobody blocking the refs view??? on that alone he might be waiting a long time to get another game at this level..no excuses on this one..
I usually try and argue for the officials, its a tough job but if you cant see this one, you cant be a ref in leagues where they play for money..
they showed his 'error' on the big screen.. he now knows he made a big cock up/everyone in the ground knows.. brighton to get a penalty???

Totally agree guaranteed to see both teams going for it hammer and tongs, so much at stake. All of them a great watch for a neutral, blood and thunder football exactly as it is meant to be.
