2,887 sell out 8 days before the game. Who was saying these London games might not sell ? Given the numbers inP4 and P5 we could have sold 5,000.. Only option now is............... I think most of us love a London away day ? Orient on a rainy Tuesday night or Dagenham on a freezing Tuesday didn't get a whole lot of folks going, but London in August has to be a winner ... + first game of season + first even game in PL. I'm P4 and knew I was never gonna get an away ticket - but I prob will for Brighton, Southampton and mebbe Arsenal. I'm not too sure about the ethics behind the HTFC hospitality package - where have those tickets come from ? Me and my mate decided early on to go for the Palace 'Speroni' hospitality package - but that's out of their allocation, not ours ...

I'm hoping 150 (2 each), otherwise I've no chance ☺ I was always the one jacked out at all fours when five of us wanted to play. used to love that game when I lived in hecky.... Best game in the world. It's a stupid game called crib down here.... Can't be played when you are pissed.... 15 2 15 4 1 for his knob!?!?!?!? Can't remember any knobs mentioned, but always had to Jack out if too many were involved (could be related I suppose) in a smutty sort of way..

Ha, I'm not too sure about the price of them?! £150 + VAT for coach, ticket in the away end and meal? So £30 of it is your ticket in the away end and say £25-£30 for the coach. That would have to one fucking nice meal to get me interested.

no idea when they'll phone successful fans up for payment details...anyone not answering will lose out I guess, so it could be a while before the club say it's all done and if you haven't had a call then you're unlucky. Thought it said they'd let you know by email first, before six tonight. Then ring you later for payment details. My phone email beeped about ten mins ago, got all excited, but it was just those Russian brides pestering again.

I admit it was in my case, so what's your point? The point is you seem to be suggesting that those who've bought season tickets every year for the last 10 years shouldn't be entitled to priority tickets because they've only bought them out of self interest but on the same token those like yourself who've chosen not to buy season tickets every year have also done that out of self interest. The club simply couldn't do it on a first come first served basis because it would piss so many people off who would stop paying the 'extras' into the club which used to be vital for its future before we got to the promised land. This is the only fair way of doing it. Even bands have some sort of priority system these days such as pre-sales for fan club members or subscribers so it's nothing new. You’re completely misinterpreting my posts. I’ve no complaints about the Priority scheme introduced by the Club (I may not have given priority 2 to 3ys +ToT, but that’s by the way -I would certainly have had them an higher priority than myself). It’s the attitude of some fans that I find annoying – suggesting they gave money to the Club out of loyalty rather than self interest (that the two overlapped for some is good). I consider myself a relatively loyal fan but -When living in London I considered whether it was in my financial interest, not the Clubs, to buy a season card -not a problem now I live up here, as I’ll attend even if it is Hartlepool on a cold winters night. - I made a donation when the Club was on it’s Knees – a selfish action as I enjoy watching Town and didn’t want to see them go under. - If I came up for a game and a friend with a season ticket couldn’t go, I used it to get in for free, Didn't think 'pay and give the Club some money. - If I buy something in the Club shop in the sale I don't decide to give them the full whack rather than pay the sale price. All I'm asking for, is a bit more honesty and less sanctimonious claptrap from some posters.

I think you will find that the 'honesty' in paying in for ever is the selfish/selfless act of trying to keep your team/club going/cheaper cost for going to games etc.... nobody said different really.. Dean made some promises never made before by our club.. we continued buying into the club and those promises, thats all.. some didnt for various reasons, thats their choice.. I would not have stopped buying 5 cards and foundation memberships had we lost in May.. If we get relegated the same applies.. choices made by fans, promises and ambitions from Dean.. I still may not get a ticket for some of the 'big games'(they are all big games to me, its the top flight) and ballot people with little or no 'history' might be there instead of me and mine, thats life and the choices/promises made by me and the club..

Your loyalty isnt being questioned but as has been proven the fact is there are hundreds, if not thousands, of people who have been gifted top 3 priorities who don't give a shit about being prioritised for away games!!! That shows the system is a joke. Hundreds, if not thousands, in p4 and below who'd walk to Palace to see first game in the prem and many others. your guessing again and making statements that you cant back up with any facts..how do you know and give numbers please of these 'gifted' priority who never go away? the priority isnt for Palace away or Southampton or Watford.. its for anfield, old trafford etc.. we know this, its Deans way of thanking those that put money up front(yes they are all very wealthy etc etc etc) for years and years and specifically when the club needed that cash up front support..
If we are here next season it will change, the 'debt' has been repaid as he promised it would..I just dont remember these hundreds or thousands selling out the away games last year?? what happened, they didnt want to walk to a lot of games? Loyalty in the modern game, especially for a club such as ours in this hideously expensive division is fans that pay in.. money up front before any winning or losing or picking and choosing away games or home games for that matter.. loyalty means different things other than turning up away from home.. Im afraid the world changed long before the end of May 2017, ours turned upside down.. What are you on about?! You're the one guessing and making up statements. Many of the loyal 4000 were below someone who'd had a ticket just 3 years plus a 20 quid tot when it was originally announced. It's all screwed.

It's all screwed. bit of a misnomer the 'loyal 4000'... you get a refund and a wallet.. if you were not 'loyal' after that or didnt join a scheme then your 'reward' was the refund and wallet.. the 'promise' was therefore kept by Dean with a wallet chucked in for good measure.. can you give figures for how many of the 'loyal 4000' are not in a priority group? can you give numbers for 'loyal 4000 who kept their loyalty with continuing season cards and memberships' the extra 'promise' there was priority away tickets, as published in the foundation blurb... therefore that 'promise' was also kept by Dean.. or are you just shouting a lot...? life is not always fair as you see it or as I see it.. I and many others took the promises made as good and they have been made good on.. When you supply figures that show more 'loyal(using whatever method you choose to prove this difficult premise) fans have missed out than benefitted, I will have another think about it..

Woo Hoo! just been phoned up. 2 tickets, probably restricted view as under £30 each, wasn't going to even try to get an over 65 ticket for my Dad as over the moon with 2 restricted view adult tickets!
Anyone else successful yet?

For others waiting, there was no email, just a phone call.
As soon as I saw the 01484 number, I was like a kid at Christmas!

I paid for a chance to buy tickets, the ballot winners will be paying for whatever they win.. think of all the people who want to go but cant afford to win the ballot etc etc etc etc etc.. life just isnt fair.. the second it is come back to me before the 'most equal' starts f-cking everyone else over, again...

Totally agree with the loyalty scheme , and it must be nice to be in a position to watch town every match home and away
Sadly their are true fans who cannot make it to many matches which are for reasons mainly out of their control , and it will be these non season ticket holders fans who might not be able to get a ticket to watch a Town Premier league match this season.
Just glad i was watching town in in the top flight the 70s , as i and others had the opportunity to watch almost every match which was due to standing room .
It would be nice to see the introduction of " safe standing " at Premier league grounds especially if it allows a bigger allocation of home and away tickets
