Seen wankers try to start a queue in the Magic Rock before a match before. Thankfully the barman told them we don't queue in here. Were they queuing to get out to go for a decent pint instead ?

More drinking time on a sunday and bank holiday. So a 2pm ko has more drinking time than a 3pm ko. You learn summat new every day on here. And isn't opening time an hour later on a sunday still ?

Liverpool due to play Sunday that weekend now have Barca on the following Tuesday and spurs were due to play Monday now have Ajax on the Wednesday (think I have this right!), so maybe our game being moved now to accommodate them. If that's correct, I think we would swap with Bournemouth v Spurs & play BH Monday night? Liverpool would swap with City, the other live game is on BT. Being confirmed now, both PL will have to be moved.

Once again they pick 3 matches that involve teams in Europe knowing full well that it is likely they are going to have to change at least one of them. Are they so far up the backsides of the top 6 that they can't leave them alone for one weekend and pick other games that don't need to be changed? In the meantime, we can't make travel or other plans.

They thought they would only have to swap City & Liverpool games, Man Utd play Everton, City & Chelsea before us, maybe no need to be televised.....season could be over for them aswell?

It’s the closest title race in years and years, they’re not going to skip screening the title chasers on the penultimate weekend of the season!!!

Liverpool game that weekend will not move as playing semi final Wednesday. Suprs game on Monday will swap with Man City game on the Saturday, therefore i assume our game will stay at 2pm on Sunday unless sky want to give Liverpool a couple more hours rest and swap kick off times.

The Liverpool semi that week is on the Tuesday not Wednesday. So I expect it would be moved.

Also throw in the fact Arsenal and Chelsea's matches will be moved to the Sunday if they both get through tonight.

Have to say, much as I've enjoyed the prem circus on the whole, the amount of tooling around with fixture dates and KO times is something I'll be happy to see less of next season. It must be a total pain for genuine supporters of the top 6 clubs.

Also throw in the fact Arsenal and Chelsea's matches will be moved to the Sunday if they both get through tonight. Neither game is televised, expect changes to be announced later when all the relevant ticket offices have shut....saving them a torrent of abuse! Hopefully we might not be moved if City moved to Monday, Liverpool to Saturday @12-30pm, & Spurs to Sunday @4-30pm....we'll see!

We should just line up ready for a Saturday 3pm ko and claim the points when they don't turn up. Used to work OK in the works league anyway..

What a mess. The Dutch FA have postponed the whole league to give Ajax a better chance of getting to the CL Final, we have 4 teams in the semis, will they get any help from the EPL?.....I forgot, it's SKY who's in charge!

Of course you're correct, playing football is easy 'work', but if the FA or EPL want to see two all English Finals/Winners they may have to offer some compromise, maybe why the fixture change announcements are taking so long....if not, Ajax & E.Frankfurt double @33-1!

How long does it take to confirm this fixture? When it was first moved for Sky we were told that it would be on the Sunday at 2pm, unless Man Utd were still in the Champions League, in which case it would revert to the Saturday. They are out of the Champions League - so why can't Sky pull their finger out and announce all the dates for that weekend? Once again, fans are left in the lurch, unable to book transport etc. because we all have to bow to the great god Sky.

How come it could potentially effect us or Man utd, neither team are playing in European competition! Isn’t it simply because.... Spurs have Champions League game on the Wednesday (and remember the entire squad has to report at the stadium for Champions League fixtures 24hrs ahead of kick off at be available for all sorts do media stuff), but also they are currently scheduled to have a televised game away at Bournemouth on Monday evening. That would mean them having just Tuesday morning to do a recovery and injury discovery session ahead of flying out. Quite reasonably they will have asked to move their Bournemouth fixture back to Sunday or even Saturday...it could be that they get our slot, and our game becomes the Monday night TV game. Of the games in matchweek 37, ours is the easiest to move as it impacts the least number of fans and involves least impact on travelling arrangements for away fans. Throw in that Liverpool face Barcelona on the Tuesday (albeit at home) and are also a televised game away at Newcastle on Sunday and they probably want to shuffle their Sunday game back to 2pm or even Saturday too.

Since when have sky been bothered about inconveniencing away fans,it does all get rather confusing dosn`t it,i know its a topic thats been done to death but on a similar vein at one time there would be a full div 1 fixture list on he saturday, and England would be playing a world cup qualifier on the tuesday/wednesday, how times have changed, anyway looks like things are as they were now.
