The first idea similar to what they do at Ice Hockey is quality! Love that! Not sure about the logistics of where we could hang them though?
Also really like the last idea too and the second middle flag inspired by the Kop.

The black Terriers one would make a good T-shirt

A few weeks ago there was a thread on here regarding some crowd funded flags and banners. No idea if there has been any further development on the idea but being a bit of a design geek I've accumulated quite a lot of different graphics that I've produced over the recent years for various HTFC projects and in a bit of free time this afternoon (the usual friday easing off for us designers) I thought I'd try using some of them to create a couple of designs that I think could work quite well. I know it's unlikely anything will ever come of them but illustration and design is simply a passion of mine so thought I'd share a few ideas... Good work....Can you e-mail them to me and i'l show them to the panel & directors at the next ATT voices Panel meeting on 19th March....Cheers.

I like the idea of hanging flags, like Wigan RL do, but I don't know where you'd hang them from at the JSS.

On the first flag, would it look better if the writing on the 2nd and 4th flags were blue rather than black? Really like the look of them, particularly the thin long banner.

I'm sure if we can get approval for these we could get enough contributing to pay for them..

Right guys Im gonna look into setting up a crowdfunding account set up with the intention of making these. Would you be ok with that HalifaxTerrier?? if anyone knows a printer capable of printing these let me know and we'll get some quotes etc... Im sure Johnny will provide the PNGs if asked..Can someone ask the club about where we could possibly hang them??

Ps does anyone know a Crowdfunding site that doesnt charge a fee? If not I'm happy to take charge of the moneys via my paypal account and do it from there as we wont incur charges there. Thats what we did for the DATM T-shirts..

Thats what we did for the DATM T-shirts.. What sort of rates do the crowd funder sites charge? Only benefit of using one of those above you manually handling it (which is a kind offer on your part) is that it'd be easier for us to spread the word and encourage donations than trying to explain to people to send money to you. Having the link and the target fees etc is quite a nice thing to show people. But sorry I don't know any free ones- I didn't realise they charged to be honest!

Is it worth chasing these up anyway? Perhaps aim for one of the lower end %'s- 5% aint too bad in the grand scheme. Raise £200 for one flag and we're only losing a tenner. Would be cracking if we could have a couple done for the next FML trial (perhaps an ambitious time frame)

What do we think is a reasonable target and cost to make up those banners?

What do we think is a reasonable target and cost to make up those banners? 1500? Perhaps ambitious but this would get us a couple of really decent sized ones. Might as well aim for 1-1.5k

That site doesnt collect the funds if you dont hit target so better to aim low. Id personally suggest just going for the first flag/set of flags(champan/years ones) then if its successful then go for the other ones...

I just checked the Kickstarter I set up when I starter my thread, didn't realise you pay 5% then like 3% for payment processing and then VAT.
I'd say you were a fairly known and trustworthy person Adam perhaps it would be more beneficial to skip commission and pool in your PayPal?
