Just didn't want you wasting your money on something small when it could go towards something with a massive impact. Hey... I know nothing. Go for it. No I value the input mate... Would be interested to see what others have to say. I just think a permanent banner that doesnt need lugging to the ground every week, setting up etc would be great.. We can do cheapo flags as well... Why not? The more the merrier, as they say!

Really like those two designs - hope they get made.
Ever thought of one that shows the global appeal of a team with so much history?
I was thinking of something like -
"HUDDERSFIELD TOWN - THE CLUB THAT NO AMERICAN HAS EVER HEARD OF"

As we've not yet had an ATT summary, one thing that may be of interest is Clibbo suggested an idea last night re: contribution to flags etc. He was very excited about the idea and thought the more flags the merrier, so suggested the idea of maybe in future having donation and/or fee collection buckets at u21/18 games (maybe asking for a quid) and putting the raised money towards the flags. Was just one idea but goes to show that the club are keen on helping us out with this.
So I reckon we should get as many designs together as poss and just go for it! Get the end covered in blue and white.

Sean Jarvis @seanmjarvis @downatthemac @htafcdotcom @nclibbens like them but will need to come down due to giants not allowing our branding on their matchdays

Thats put a bit of a kibosh on that idea then... Maybe just go with the standard flag ideas then. We aint gonna be able to put those up every other week....
Unless we got someone to hang them out from the boxes? Gonna be a bit of a ballache though

Might be worth discussing with Jarvis etc before putting the idea to bed. There's apparently a 'stadium design' team who are in charge of dressing the ground before every match. Perfectly possible that these could look after the flags and lay them out every week.

'Stadium design team' might not be the correct terminology by the way Clibbo knows what it's about though if Jarvis aint sure

For Giants games they cover the end seating sections of the FML area with some advertising covers over the seats.
Surely they can put our banners up for Town matches, it will probably takes a snippet of time to do compared to covering a loads of seats?

If you need an alternative to Kingy, this lad might be able to help you out. He did me a massive favour for last years P4P4 when he provided me with some sponsor logos for my van (which was used for carrying the riders bags). He's a town fan, and he's from Mirfield, so in my book that makes him a sound bloke. Ask for Tim, and mention me. SwannGraphics

Sean Jarvis @seanmjarvis @downatthemac @htafcdotcom @nclibbens I think we need to discuss all of it at the ATT - but for me I like it!

I was thinking of something like - "HUDDERSFIELD TOWN - THE CLUB THAT NO AMERICAN HAS EVER HEARD OF" Obviously you're not doing enough to spread the word. Here in the deep south, they think Town are the biggest club in Europe and Huddersfield is the capital of Yorkshire.... I don't know where they get that idea from.

HalifaxTerrier Hi mate. We have had some great quotes and are gonna be voting shortly on potential designs to go to print. You still ok us using some of these designs mate? If so would it be possible to send me some high res versions for the printers? Also if you have any more ideas for a more generic HTAFC one then that would be great as well. We're looking at printing off at least 1 banner and 3 big flags so the more designs the better.. Cheers Ad

Cheers Ad does anyone have any measurements so we can get one that fits say 1 block of seats to section off? I'm easy either way! If and when the time comes that we can make homemade banners I'll be aure to help!
